Who we are

Coffee Hunting is a joint initiative of Maskal Kaffee + Espresso and Evolve Consulting which aims at lobbying for and marketing of the sustainably produced newcomers in speciality coffees scene.

What we do

Our ‘expeditions’ lead us to little known coffee producing regions to support the ambitious and remarkable efforts of emerging producer initiatives: Their coffees reveal a great potential as speciality but producers also constantly work on maintaining and improving their socio-economic and ecological performance.

Matching producers & buyers

These small emerging producer groups need market access even and especially if only limited quantities are available initially. This fits a market niche  as a growing number of small roasting companies and baristas are yearning for new taste adventures. What we do is match the needs of producers and small specialty coffee buyers and make these coffees available for you and your customers by offering an assortment of selected unique single origin coffees in relatively small lots.

Support services for producers

Emerging producer initiatives need to clear a series of hurdles to access markets. Coffee Hunting therefore offers a bundle of specific services comprising support in quality management, certification, marketing and natural resource management.
